Quote and service terms.
These terms apply when you request a quote, communicate with Shower Glass Refine, or book service.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the photos and details you provide. Final pricing may change if glass condition, size, access, silicone condition, or scope differs materially from what was shown before the visit.
Scheduling and communication
We may contact you by phone or email to confirm quote details, propose appointment times, or update you about a booked service. You can ask us to stop non-essential follow-up at any time.
Service scope
Shower Glass Refine specializes in visible shower glass restoration, hydrophobic protection, and glass-focused shower refresh work. Visible silicone or surrounding surface work is quoted only when it supports the glass result. When a bathroom needs structural repair, specialty refinishing, or licensed trade work first, our refresh is scheduled once the room is sound, so the finish lasts.
Service area
Shower Glass Refine primarily serves residential clients in Greater Vancouver. Availability may vary by city, building access, parking, and current scheduling capacity.
