Common questions, answered plainly.
Can cloudy shower glass actually be restored?
+
Often, yes. Cloudiness is commonly bonded mineral haze, water spots, and soap film on the surface. If the glass is deeply etched or pitted, we will say so before booking.
How do I get a quote?
+
Call or email us, or use the website quote form. We may ask for clear photos of the full shower plus close-ups of the worst areas before confirming the scope.
Can I email photos?
+
Yes. Send photos to [email protected] and include your city, service needed, and whether you want premium glass restoration, hydrophobic coating, or a full shower refresh.
What does hydrophobic coating do?
+
It creates a clear water-repellent layer so water beads and rolls off faster. It helps glass stay cleaner longer and makes regular squeegee or microfiber maintenance easier.
Should coating be applied before or after restoration?
+
Usually after restoration. The glass should be corrected and clean first, then protected. New shower glass can also be protected before buildup starts.
Do you replace broken glass or install new shower doors?
+
No. The focus is restoring correctable cloudy, hazy, or water-spotted shower glass. Broken glass, failed hardware, new doors, leaks, and installation work should be handled by the right trade.
Do you handle active leaks?
+
If active leaks, loose tile, or hidden moisture damage are suspected, we recommend inspection by the appropriate trade before glass restoration or surface refresh work.
Do you work in condos?
+
Yes. Many jobs are in condos across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, and nearby cities. We plan around access, parking, elevators, and building rules.
How long does a typical job take?
+
A light glass refresh can be around an hour. Standard restoration or a glass-focused shower refresh commonly takes a few hours. Heavy buildup or bundled support work can take longer.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
+
Yes. We can set up 3-month, 6-month, or annual refresh visits for shower glass, coating care, and glass condition checks.
Send photos before you replace the shower glass.
We'll review the haze, water spots, panel count, and coating fit before scheduling a restoration quote.
